This is a by the hour class and can bring in as much information as you would like. Below is what we can provide for each $30 session.
(Sessions are 2.5 hours each)

  • Day one: Provide understanding of the skeem and basic practice set up
  • Day two: provide more higher level of access to skeem and in depth practice schedules
  • Day three: look at more position specific needs and individual skills and drills
  • Day four: continuing to develop on day three
  • Day five: scouting tips and game plan development

D-line

Week one (7.5 hours)

Week two (7.5 hours)

  • Block recognition
  • Hand fighting to defeat blocks
  • Run recognition
  • Reaction after first step
  • Proper pass rush techniques (long arm, push pull, swim, ETC)

Week three (7.5 hours)

  • How to fit on the QB on pass rush
  • How the line connects with the run and pass game
  • Understanding of what is trying to be accomplished by each type of block

LB’s

Week one (7.5 hours)

  • Stance
  • First step
  • Turn over drills
  • Tackling drills
  • Movement drills to help your athlete become aware of their bodies in space

Week 2 (7.5 hours)

  • Block recognition
  • Run fits
  • Difference between spill and force techniques
  • Ways to defeat blocks at both the first and second level
  • Blitzing techniques and fits to QB

Week 3 (7.5 hours)

  • Proper footwork in pass coverage
  • Hip drills to allow for faster movement in both pass and run support
  • Zone coverage concepts and how to work within them
  • Man coverage drills and different ways to play the coverages
  • How to properly compete for balls in the air
